A read-ahead, before our call
Everything we've mapped — organized around outcomes.
Here's all of it, Dana — every topic we've talked about, that I'm aware of, pulled into one clear picture. I made it my job to organize, simplify, and structure the whole scope so we work from outcomes we agree on together, not a line-by-line list of tasks.

The honest truth is that the full scope is bigger than any three-month window can hold — and that's a good thing. It means we'll always be choosing the highest-leverage next move, and our priorities will shift as we learn what's working. That's exactly the kind of flexible, outcomes-based partnership you're after.
So treat this as our starting point. I sorted everything into three groups by why it does or doesn't fit this first window — what's foundational and I can confidently deliver, what's genuinely valuable but hinges on how the early weeks go, and what's simply bigger than three months can hold or better sequenced later. None of it is locked: if anything feels mis-sorted, or you'd prioritize it differently, we move it together — and we settle all of that before we set the agreement (SOW). From there I keep the plan live, so we're always looking at the same current picture and adjusting as we learn.
The shape: a three-month partnership (Sep 16 – Nov 16), one number, everything included — my time, the tools, and the right extra hands like Jill when the work calls for it. We stay in sync on a standing weekly call, Wednesdays at 10:30, and I run the rest between them. We kick off the moment the simple agreement's in place and the first half is settled; then I'm heads-down.
One thing to know as you read: under each item you'll see a plain "success looks like" example — what a good outcome would actually be. Those are conversation starters, not commitments. React to them, reshape them, tell me what "done well" means to you. Nothing here is settled until you're happy with it — and only then does any of it anchor the SOW.
Group 1
Absolutely doable — and necessary — in this window
Why it's here: it's the foundation everything else stands on, it's the highest-leverage work, and it's what I can confidently deliver inside three months. This is what I'm committing to.
Make the launch hold
- Confirm the new site's move stuckSuccess: every old link forwards to the right place, no 404s, and nothing you rank for is lost.
- Re-submit to Google and watch the transitionSuccess: the new pages are indexed and holding their positions through the settling weeks.
- Catch and fix anything the cutover shook looseSuccess: both sites look and behave exactly as intended — no lingering glitches.
See exactly what's working
- Analytics + goals firing on both live sitesSuccess: every visit and signup is captured and attributed — no blind spots.
- Clean attributionSuccess: for any result, we can say where it came from.
- A live results dashboardSuccess: one link you open anytime to see traffic, signups, and momentum at a glance.
- The Divisly signup funnel, mappedSuccess: we can see each step and exactly where people drop off, so we know what to fix.
Get Divisly converting
- The signup + complimentary-access path, end to endSuccess: a real person can sign up and claim access without a hitch, on any device.
- An attorney-focused landing pageSuccess: an attorney lands and "gets it" in ten seconds — what it is, who it's for, why it helps.
- Conversion tracking on every signupSuccess: every signup is counted and traceable to its source.
Start the AI-visibility engine
- First-round improvements (the baseline's already set)Success: AI tools describe you and Divisly more accurately than they do today.
- Ongoing monitoringSuccess: we can watch the trend over time and keep nudging it up.
Stand up the content line
- The publishing pipeline — Hadley writes, you sign off, I handle the restSuccess: a draft goes from Hadley to live, correctly, every time — without you in the weeds.
- Hub pages for each topicSuccess: every topic cluster has a clear home that lifts the articles under it.
Turn interest into customers — with Jill
- Your first sales playbookSuccess: a written, repeatable way to take an interested attorney from hello to signed.
- A lightweight CRMSuccess: every contact you collect is captured and followed up on a cadence — nothing lost in a list.
- Positioning + messaging for the attorney channelSuccess: a clear, consistent way of describing Divisly that lands with attorneys.
Support the efficacy study
- An extra set of eyes on recruitment, scheduling, and logisticsSuccess: the study stays on track and nothing important slips — Apoorva runs it, I sanity-check.
How we run it
- Our standing weekly call — Wednesdays at 10:30Success: we're always aligned on what's next, and you never wonder what's happening.
- Me owning the whole operations pillar between those callsSuccess: things move without you having to chase them.
- A monthly "what's working / what's next" readoutSuccess: once a month, a clear picture of what worked and where we're headed.
- This plan kept live and currentSuccess: we're always looking at the same accurate, up-to-date plan.
Group 2
Potentially doable in this window — depending
Why it's here: all genuinely valuable — the only reason it's a "maybe" rather than a "yes" is capacity. Whether it fits comes down to a few things:
What it depends on:
- How quickly the Group-1 foundation settles and stops needing attention
- The pace of content coming through you and Hadley
- Whether earlier work frees up capacity sooner than expected
- Which of these you most want to see move first
More content, faster
- An editorial calendar and new topics (including the emotional-into-practical ideas)Success: a rolling plan of what's publishing and when, built around the topics you care about most.
- A first batch of net-new articles, published and optimizedSuccess: a real set of new pages live, tagged, and starting to earn search traffic.
Divisly polish
- The trust and credibility signals attorneys look forSuccess: the privacy and credibility cues that make an attorney feel safe are visible and clear.
- Launch QA on real devices + a speed tune-upSuccess: a fast, smooth experience on phones — where most attorneys will open it.
Deeper AI visibility
- Aiming the AI work at Divisly's attorney questionsSuccess: when attorneys ask AI about tools like Divisly, you come up.
- Answer-format content AI can lift and citeSuccess: your key content is shaped so AI engines quote it directly.
Deliberate promotion
- A calendar of events worth attending or speaking atSuccess: a running list with deadlines, so nothing high-value slips by.
- An ad calendar for publications and channelsSuccess: paid placements planned in advance and matched to timing and budget — not scrambled.
Group 3
Unlikely this window — but valuable on the roadmap
Why it's here: each of these is more than this three-month window can absorb alongside everything above — so we keep them on the map and sequence them as the business grows.
Why they're further out — and what would pull them in:
- They're bigger builds that would crowd out the must-do foundation in just three months
- A few depend on a budget you'd fund directly (advertising) or a longer runway to pay off
- Most get more valuable — and easier to do well — once the funnel and content engine are proven
- Any of them can jump onto the active plan the moment it becomes the highest-leverage next move
Content at scale
- The 50-state page program, built at full volumeSuccess: all 50 built on a repeatable line, each one structured to rank.
A consistent social presence
- A concept system, a first month of posts, and someone keeping it goingSuccess: a recognizable look and a steady rhythm that runs without eating your time.
The growth & advertising engine
- Advertising setup and paid campaignsSuccess: campaigns live and driving qualified traffic (the ad spend itself is yours to fund).
- A founder video introducing Divisly, and a polished app demo / sizzle reelSuccess: a face-to-camera intro and a demo you can use in outreach, on the site, and in sales.
- Customized demo flows for different buyer typesSuccess: tailored walk-throughs that speak to each kind of buyer.
Business foundations
- Business-ops and fundraising supportSuccess: the operational and fundraising groundwork organized and moving.
- A financial-hygiene and tooling review, heading into 2027Success: a clean, deliberate tool and subscription setup — no waste, nothing forgotten.
- Exploring a performance-based model down the roadSuccess: a clear model to consider together, if and when we want to.
One note on spend: advertising cost is not included — any paid ad spend is a separate budget you'd fund directly, never billed through me. The same goes for any premium software a specific job might need. I keep both visible on the plan so the full picture rolls up in one place; you're just never surprised by them.
What I'd love from you
Have a read before we talk. Come with anything that feels mis-sorted, missing, or higher- or lower-priority than I've placed it — and we'll lock the starting point together. From there I keep the plan live, so we're always looking at the same, current picture and adjusting as we learn.
Genuinely excited for this next chapter with you.
